Canoeists and rafters come for the day trips - kayaks and tubing are also very popular on the AuSable River and many canoeists take overnight canoe trips in the summer.
Our lodging guests enjoy swimming in our spring fed pond and relaxing on its sandy beach; our AAA approved cottages; game room, shuffle board court, horseshoe area, ping-pong table, badminton court, basketball court, swings, campfire area and picnic facilities; the short walk to shopping and restaurants in Mio; nearby golf courses; but, most of all, they enjoy the serenity of the resort - 800 feet from M-33 and nestled in mature trees, it's a beautiful quiet place to be.
