You don’t need experience to canoe the Manistee. There are no waves or rapids. You can just let the current carry you downstream.
We will place you in our canoes at any Manistee River landing. For an afternoon picnic trip, an adventurous overnight campout to remember, or an extended exploration of the famous Manistee River water shed, you will enjoy a relaxing float downstream to Chippewa Landing. No appointment schedule to worry about ... stop and fish, swim, or picnic to suit your whim. Your car will be waiting for you at Chippewa Landing.
